Slat Department
To roll out the respective slats to concave shape & cut the slat according to sizes.		 Slat Insert Department
Slat inserting machine to weave the ladder cort the slat.		 Head Rail Department
To cut the head rail & punch the hole according to sizes and tilter hole.		 Assembly Department
To assembly the finished ladder cord & cord on the head rail with slat.
QC Department
To test and to check the performance of each fully assembled blinds.

Roman Blinds

Cutting Department
To cut the respective Fabric according to size.		 Tracking Department
To cut the aluminum according to size and assemble it.		 Assemble Department
To assemble the fabric onto the respective Head rail. To insert the divider stick clip on the correct place.		 QC department

Vertical Blinds

Cutting Department

Roller Blinds

Cutting Department

To roll out the respective Fabric on the table cut the fabric according to sizes.		 Head Rail & Bottom Rail Department
To cut the head rail & stick double sided tape on to it to cut the bottom rail same as head rail.		 Sawing Department

To assemble the cuted fabric & insert the fabric onto head & bottom rail insert the correct clucth & bottom end cap into the tube.		 QC Department

To test and to check the performance of each fully assembled blinds.

Wooden Venetian Blinds

Sleating Department
To sleat the slat from cube into slat arcoding to the right thickness.		 Sanding Department
To sand the cuted slat using the sanding machine to smooth the surface slat before staining process.		 Punching Department
To Punch holes on to the correct place onto the slat.		 Staining Department
Stain the cut & sand slat as the ordered color leave in the dry room for 3 hours.
Head Rail & Bottom Rail Department
To cut the head rail & punch hole according to sizes and cord lock and tilter hole.		 Assembly Department

To assemble the finished ladder cord & cord on to the head rail with slat.		 QC Department
